You don't need to wait for your routine appointment if you are experiencing pain, swelling, sensitivity or another concern, contact us and we can book an emergency appointment.

A routine check-up and a professional dental cleaning are separate appointments. If you would benefit from a scale and polish or hygiene treatment, please discuss with your dentist or reception.

You are allowed a total of 2 missed appointments, if  you then miss consecutive appointment, you will be taken off the NHS list.

You will lose your deposit and would have to prepay to arrange another visit.
