If you fail to attend your hygiene appointment, you will be charged 50% of the value of that appointment.
If you are a DenPlan patient and you fail to attend your hygiene appointment, you will lose that time from your plan.
This deposit will be deducted from your final bill at your next appointment. We understand that you may need to amend your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice and your deposit will not be lost (and can be refunded if you do not rebook your appointment).
We have implemented this policy due to us experiencing a high number of failures to attend which is not fair on other patients who could have had that appointment slot. We reserve the right to retain your deposit in the case of a short notice cancellation (less that 24 hours notice).
We will always be sensitive to personal circumstances which may lead to a short notice cancellation.
